Each membership unit represents $1 of strategic participation within the Federal Reserve Black Unlimited Liquidity Facility, with participation amounts available up to $999,999 per transaction. Participants may increase quantity to expand positioning within Rousix’s income producing compute infrastructure systems engineered to enhance liquidity coordination, leverage architecture, and advanced financial modernization frameworks associated exclusively with Federal Reserve Black. Subscription participation will be conveyed into Hamid, Ware, Myers & Goldstein Rousix Fund, LP, managed by Hamid, Ware, Myers & Goldstein Capital Management Fund, LLC, and subject to a 2.5% management fee, 3% hurdle, and 36 month lockup period.
